Square de l'Atomium Brussels, Belgium, 1020 Phone: +32 (0) 2 475 47 75 Website The Atomium is a landmark building in Brussels, originally constructed for the 1958 Brussels World's Fair (Expo 58). It is located on the Heysel Plateau, where the exhibition took place. It is now a museum.
Machine 1:
The coin machine is located in the gift shop of Atomium. You can choose between two coins, which are each €2:
1) Golden coin with the image of Atomium (front) and different "must-see" sights in Brussel (back)
2) Silver coin with also the image of Atomium (front) and different "must-see" sights in Europe (back)
Machines 2,3,4 and 5 are located at the top of the Atomium next to the Restaurant.
You need to pay the entrance fee (16,50€ adults) to access the machines at the top.
Machine 2 :
Penny press costs 1 euro, cash only. All three designs are the same image of the Atomium, however the spelling of Brussels is different in each one.

14/07/2025: both penny machines are in the top sphere of the Atomium. You can access it by using the elevator and a ticket is required. Each of the machines has one design in different languages, as described in the images. ORV
