GRAND EST / ALSACE - Strasbourg, France, 67000 Phone: +33 388 214 334 Website Strasbourg Cathedral or the Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg (French: Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-Strasbourg, German: Liebfrauenmünster zu Straßburg) is a Roman Catholic cathedral. Although considerable parts of it are still in Romanesque architecture, it is widely considered to be among the finest examples of high, or late, Gothic architecture. Erwin von Steinbach is credited for major contributions from 1277 to his death in 1318. At 465 feet (142 meters), it was the world's tallest building from 1647 to 1874, when it was surpassed by St. Nikolai's Church, Hamburg. Today it is the sixth-tallest church in the world.
Hours of operation for the Cathédrale: Monday to Saturday 08.30 (8:30 am) to 11.15 (11:15 am) and 12.45 (12:45 pm) to 17.45 (5:45 pm), Sundays and Holidays from 14.00 (2:00 pm) to 17.15 (5:15 pm).
Admission: Access to Notre-Dame Cathedral is free. Tours to the top platform of the Cathedral: Adults €10, Children (5 to 18) and students €6. For groups of 20+ people: €6 per person. Free entry on the first Sunday of each month. Paid parking lots surround the area.
Machines 1, 3 and 4 (At the souvenir shops) are right next door to each other and are across from the entry of the Strasbourg Notre-Dame Cathedral.
Machine 1 (Placed 7/2023) is at the gift shop Aux Merveilles de la Cathédrale 9 Place de la Cathédrale. Cost to press: €2 each design (A 2€ coin or two 1€ coins only Machine does not give change). The "penny" will be pressed on a supplied 5 Euro cent. When you insert the coins into the slot for the "penny", wait 5 seconds for the supplied 5 Euro cent to drop into place before cranking the handle. Designs all have a beaded border with 'France':

Machine 3 (Placed 9/2010) is at the gift shop Aux Merveilles de la Cathédrale 9 Place de la Cathédrale. Each design cost €1.05. €1 coin only and a 5 Eurocent that you supply. Designs all have a beaded border with 'Strasbourg':

Machine 4: (Placed 4/2013) is at the gift shop Au Palais Rohan Souvenirs 8 Place de la Cathédrale. Each design cost €1.05. €1 coin only and a 5 Eurocent that you supply. Designs all have a beaded border':
