It is the oldest continuously operating public rose test garden in the United States. The Rose Garden Store, located at the International Rose Test Garden, is Portland's very own rose-themed specialty shop. They carry a wide variety of rose and garden themed items. <p> Hours of operation for the Rose Garden: 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. <br> Hours of operation for the Rose Garden Store: The store is open seasonally 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. When it is repaired they will return it to service. <p>
