It has been a symbol of the city for more than a century. <p> There is a one dollar donation requested to climb stairs to view of Reading from the top of Pagoda. On a clear day is great! <p> We were surprised by this machine. The machine is located at the top of the first flight of stairs and to the left.<p> Designs are: <br> 1) Pagoda <br> 2) W.H.
