Comments:	The Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne is a network of three immersive cultural centers in Chablis, Beaune, and Mâcon, designed to reveal the unique world of Burgundy wines, its terroirs (Climats/Climate), viticulture, and winemaking through sensory, educational, and interactive experiences for all ages, featuring trails, workshops, tastings, and family-friendly activities. <p> Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday all year. January 1st to March 31st 10.00 (10:00 am) to 17.00 (5:00 pm) <br> April 1 to May 30 10.00 (10:00 am) to 18.00 (6:00 pm) <br> June 1st to September 30th 10.00 (10:00 am) to 19.00 (7:00 pm) <br> October 1 to November 30 10.00 (10:00 am) to 18.00 (6:00 pm) <br> Check website for December information.
