The Sitka Sound Cruise Terminal is the primary docking location for cruise ships visiting Sitka, Alaska. It provides transportation services, visitor information, and retail shopping, serving as a gateway to the town’s attractions.
The terminal is approximately 6 miles (10 km) from downtown Sitka, which is a 10-to 12-minute shuttle ride or a 1.5- to 2-hour walk. Walking is not recommended.

9/18/25 - could only find one machine outside the Trailhead shop. The machine takes two quarters and a penny and is a hand-crank machine. Apologies I had no signal to check this site and realise it was a different machine than the one listed so I didn't ask for details about the original machine

Where did they say Machune 1 went??? Repair, maintenance, upgrading, other???
