300 Washington Blvd Ft Eustis, VA , 23604 Phone: 757-878-1115 Website The U.S. Army Transportation Museum is free and open to the American public, who can access Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) with a valid state or national Identification (driver’s license, passport, etc). To learn more about entering JBLE please visit the JBLE Visitor Center Requirements for Base Entry.
The museum has 3 machines in the museum. One by the back door that leads you outside to where the tanks and trains are located. The other two are in the back part of the museum.
We recommend at least two hours for a basic visit to the museum. We have 24,000 square feet of interior galleries and four additional outdoor areas to explore, the majority under roof. The museum main galleries and most of the outdoor displays are wheelchair accessible. There are lots of free parking at the Museum.
Designs are:
Machine 1:
1) A Helicopter,
Machine 2:
1) A Jeep,
Machine 3:
1) An Army Truck
8/08/25: One penny has a helicopter one has a jeep and the other has an Army truck. Machines take a $1 bill, and the machine has pre-loaded zincs inside.
The penny scan for Machine 1 and the machine picture for Machine 3 were much to small to be used. Please scan/ photo them again, this time scan/ photo them bigger and upload again.
Same problem with penny designs. If I make them large enough to use, they will be way out of focus. Please scan bigger. Thanks |
