The Welcome Center is also home to the Eureka Main Street office and the City's Economic Development team and serves as a central hub for City events and community projects. <br> The main room is host to a vintage penny press, where visitors can collect a unique penny to memorialize their travels. It also boasts a reference library, where travelers can learn about the area through unique historical, architectural, and storytelling lenses. A concierge is on hand daily from 10am to 5pm to assist visitors, offer recommendations, hand out brochures, and rent complimentary bicycles for those who want to explore the immediate area. <p> The pressed penny machine is inside by the main entrance. There are four different designs: <br> 1) The Carson Mansion, <br> 2) Eureka Redwoods, <br> 3) Fisherman Memorial, <br> $) A fishing boat.
