The National Maritime Museum is part of the Royal Museums Greenwich and is dedicated to exploring British naval history. Its exhibits include a ship simulator, nautical oddities, and interactive games.

The reception machine is on the ground floor adjacent to the gift shop near Nelson's Ship in a Bottle at the entrance on the south side of the complex. The machine takes £1 and requires the user to provide a penny.
