Comments:	The Cascade Locks Marine Park is the home port for the Sternwheeler Columbia Gorge triple-decker paddle wheeler. Built in Hood River, Oregon by Nichols Boat Works and launched in 1983, the authentic ship provides 360 degrees of breathtaking vistas. Sightseeing cruises on the Columbia River depart from the Cascade Locks Marine Park several times per day, May through October. Guests can enjoy memorable one or two hour narrated sightseeing excursions along the Columbia River. The have weekend champagne brunch cruises, dinner cruises, and a variety of special event and holiday cruises. <p> Plenty of free parking, only at the park. <p> Designs were:<br> 1. (H) The Bridge of the Gods spanning the Columbia River with 'Bridge of the Gods'.<br> 2. (V) Two salmon jumping out of the water with 'Columbia River'.<br> 3. (V) Benson foot bridge spanning Multnomah Falls with 'Multnomah Falls'.<br> 4. (H) The Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler on the Columbia River with 'Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler'. <p> 5/26/25: Summer 2024: Port of Cascade Locks moved this machine from the former location to the Cascade Locks Historical Museum visitor center. It is in the corner of the front office between the exhibits and gift shop. Access requires ascending 8 stairs. <p>
