Comments:	From 101 South, pass the turnoff for Ottercrest. Look for a sign that says Cape Foulweather Lookout Observatory and Gift Shop. There's another sign that says to turn in "1/4" (mile?), but the turnoff is about a hundred feet later. Follow signs to observatory/ gift shop. <p> Gift Shop is currently open 10-4 pm Wednesday-Sunday even though Google maps says they’re “Temporarily Closed”. Gift Shop is closed during off-season, check the website for hours. <p> The machine is located just to the left of the entrance of the gift shop. They even made a wooden "Penny Smashing" sign that they nailed to a post up in the parking lot area.
