Our museum is staffed exclusively by volunteers, our hours are based on volunteer availability. Volunteers run the museum so call ahead before visiting to ensure they are open.

The Historical Museum and Visitor Center opened on October 19, 2000. It exhibits history for future generations.

The machine is located inside the Museum to the left of the checkout.

Hours are Sun-Tues, Fri-Sat 9:30am-4:00pm.
Closed Wednesday and Thursday.

There are 4 different designs:
1) Paul Bunyan statue,
2) Black Bear in a tree,
3) Mineral King,
4) Sequoia Tree.

11/08/22: Volunteers run the museum so call ahead before visiting to ensure they are open.

06/04/23: The museum is open every day Thursday right now. There is a volunteer who works every Sunday 9:00-12:30 and a 2nd one who come ever other Sunday in the afternoon. Penny machine is rolling excellent on copper. JLT
