I also had issues with the buffalo soldier design, but there is a note on the machine that recommends "not going too fast or too slow" with that design. I increased the crank speed on my second attempt, and it dropped. <br> Don't forget to stop at the visitor control center to get a visitor pass if you do not have a military id.
