Meyrueis OCCITAINE - Meyrueis, France, 48150 Phone: +33 466 456 020 Website La Grotte de Dargilan, or the "Pink Cave," is a vast, stunning limestone cave system famous for its vivid natural colors (pinks, yellows) due to iron oxides, immense chambers, massive calcite flows, and unique formations like giant draperies and petrified waterfalls, offering a magical underground world explored via guided tours. Discovered in 1888 by speleologist Édouard-Alfred Martel and opened to the public in 1890, it is the first cave developed in France. The cave temperature is a constant 50°F (10°C).

Admission: You do not have to pay admission to access the machine. Adults (18 years and over) €15.80, Children (ages 5 to 18) €9.80, Children 0-5 years old are free.
Free parking is available for cars, coaches and motorhomes.
Machine 1 (Placed 7/2024) is in the gift shop. Cost to press: €1.05 each design (1€ coin and a 5 Euro cent coin). Designs all have a beaded border:

4. (H) Occitan cross and stalagmites and stalactites inside the letter C with 'Occitanie'.
