The Real Bodies exhibit is an exhibition showcasing human bodies that have been preserved through a process called plastination and dissected to display bodily systems. The exhibit showcases more than 20 real, perfectly preserved human bodies, more than 200 anatomical specimens, whole-body specimens and more than 260 organs and partial body specimens. These real human bodies have been meticulously dissected and preserved. The exhibit provides an approachable and fascinating insight into what’s happening inside every one of us. This used to be the Bally's Hotel Casino before it was re-named in 2023.

Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 11:00 am to 7:30 pm. Store must be open to access machine.

Admission: Free admission to the Horseshoe Casino and all interior and Grand Bazaar retail shops.
Parking available in the Paris Hotel/Horseshoe Hotel parking garage. Cost is $20 Mon-Wed, $25 Thurs-Sun for 0-24 hrs parking. Parking for locals with valid NV driver’s license (Must have Nevada ID, it will be scanned at garage departure): Sun-Thurs Free, Friday and Saturday first 3 Hours free.

There is another penny machine about 100 feet further down from Real Bodies Exhibit at Lick (candy store). They also must be open to access their machine. Another penny machine is located further down Las Vegas Boulevard about a 9 minute walk north from Horseshoe to Hard Rock Cafe.

Machine 1 is at Mall Level Arcade/Shopping area/Food Court (Casino Level is grade level; take escalators down) inside the Real Bodies gift shop/ticket office to the right of the entrance in front of the ticket counter. Cost to press: $1.01 (quarters only; dollar bills are not accepted) each design. Line up designs exactly with red dot, even if you have to hold the handle in place, otherwise the penny will fall right through the press and you lose your penny. Designs all have 'Real Bodies on them':
1) (V) Skinless body with feet apart and arms upraised.
2) (H) Skinless upper body lying prone.
3) (V) 'Las Vegas', Skinless upper body with upraised left arm,
4) (H) 'Only at Bally's', Skinless upper body split in half displaying organs, Labeled as "Real Bodies" on the wheel face of the machine but if you position the red dot in the center, it will press.
