The issue is that the pictures are not align with the penny press well. The machine has a redline indicating the "selected" picture to be align with the red arrow of the pressing machine. Instead of aligning the 2 red lines look at the teeth of the gears. From the red line of the selected picture count 3 teeth gears below it and that should give you a good pressed penny. Otherwise keep playing with it until you get.
	Please be specific regarding the machine location. Is it upstairs? Downstairs? By the entrance? etc...
