Comments:	Starting with the year 2014 and on 5 Euro cent coins are used. Different coins were used until that time but with the same machine. The wheel turns quite heavy during the smashing. <p> The machine is in the basement near the souvenir shops and the cafeteria place. The text 'Rundales Pils www.rundale.net' is engraved on the top and bottom of the coin. The four designs are: <br> 1) Rose, <br> 2) 'Mana Laimes Moneta' Horseshoe and flowers, <br> 3) 'Duke of Courland Ernst Johann Biron 1690-1772' Biron portrait, <br> 4) Castle of Rundale, <p> 3/09/25: Such coins have not been available for sale for a couple of years and there are no plans to issue them in the future.
