3750 S Flamingo Road Davie, FL , 33330-1614 Phone: (954) 473-2955 Website Flamingo Gardens is a 60-acre not-for-profit wildlife sanctuary, aviary, and botanical garden located just west of Fort Lauderdale. It features over 3,000 species of rare & exotic, tropical, subtropical, and native plants and trees and is home to the largest collection of Florida native wildlife. It is open to the public for a fee; as of 4/23 it is $24.
Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm ~ Last entry is 4:00 pm. Plenty of free parking.
