The Zoo is in the Roeding Park in Fresno. Admission is $ 23.95 for adults, $18.95 for Fresno County adults, and less for children and seniors. Admission is free if you are a member of the Zoo Organization the Chaffee Zoo is a member of (For example, the San Francisco Zoo). Limited tickets may be available for purchase at the Fresno Chaffee Zoo once online tickets are sold out. All tickets are valid for 1 year from selected visit date for a 1 time entry during general admission hours. Check online too if they are closed earlier on certain dates for events.

Two 4-die machines, one by the Gift Shop and one by the Rear Food Court. The Gift shop has a bag of pressed pennies to select from if the machine is down, but most are zinc. Gift shop employees were very helpful and understanding.

Current Machines - All have 'Fresno Chaffee Zoo' on them.

Machine 7 (2010) - Located on the right at the food court by the Dino excavation area., Designs are:
1) Giraffes,
2) 'Winged Wonders Bird Show', Owl,
3) Seals,
4) Stingrays,

Machine 8 - Located outside the bathrooms by the entrance. Designs are:
1) Meerkat,
2) a Rhino,
3) Lion family,
4) Wildebeast.

The machine that was next to the bathrooms, is now by the Flamingos.
Also, they sell a penny book in the front gift shop that says FIFTH EDITION. - BECG.
