As of 6/3/2025 they no longer have penny or medallion machines. Confirmed with gift shop employee.

Both penny machines are outside the gift shop (to the left of the main entrance). You can no longer access the machines without paying for admission. If you're parking in front of the aquarium, be sure to let the attendant know when you are purchasing your tickets so that they can give you a two hour parking pass. Also, be aware that there are no green sea turtles or black tip reef sharks on display like the machines suggest.
