Located on the scenic seafront at Piazzale Mascagni, it spans about 32,300 square feet (3,000 square meters) across two floors and features over 2,000 marine and terrestrial animals from more than 300 different species.
Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday 10.00 (10:00 am) to 18.00 (6:00 pm). Closed on various days October through March: verify on the website.
Admission: Admission is required to access. Adult €17, Adult (over 65, military personnel, disabled companion, teachers) €11, Children (3 foot to 4'7" in height) €11, Children (Under 3 feet in height) Free. On-line ticket prices are cheaper. A car park is located in front of the Acquario di Livorno and currently it offers 120 parking spaces (for a fee), of which 4 are for disabled people and are free for 4 hours from the entry time into the parking.
